About
I'm Bhaskar, a full-stack engineer. I spend my days moving up and down the stack — interfaces, APIs, data — and I'm happiest when a problem forces me to understand a layer I'd been treating as magic.
This site is my learning log. I started it after noticing that I'd read the same explanation of the event loop five times and still couldn't reproduce it from memory. Writing things down — in my own words, with my own examples — turned out to be the only thing that made knowledge stick. So now I write in public.
Most posts fall into two kinds. First principles — where I take something I want to genuinely understand and rebuild the mental model from the ground up. And build logs — the specific bugs, dead-ends, and decisions I hit while shipping real projects, written down while they're still fresh.
When I'm not at a keyboard I'm usually learning something new, often unrelated to computers. You can reach me at the links in the footer — I always reply.
